Mandatory Alberta COVID-19 Measures

Effective December 8, 2020 a province-wide restriction came into effect making wearing masks in indoor public spaces mandatory to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Indoor spaces at the hotel include common private and public areas, event spaces, washrooms, lobby, hallways, elevator, restaurant, bar and lounge (except while eating or drinking).

Effective April 9 at noon, the provincewide mandatory restriction comes into effect and in-person service will not be permitted indoors. We will continue to offer take-out with curbside pick-up and room service to hotel guests. In accordance with a province-wide mandate, VLTs remain closed.

The hotels' meeting, banquet and event spaces have re-opened based on Step 1 guidelines. We are permitted to host virtual meetings, conference and events; wedding ceremonies up to 10 people; funeral services up to 20 people. Contact the hotel's General Manager or Banquet & Catering Manager to learn more about the types of events we can safely accommodate.
