Reservation Policies

Hotel Check-In at 4:00 pm

Hotel Check-Out at 11:00 am


If you arrive before 4:00 pm, we can hold your bags while you relax in the public area of the hotel until your room is available.

Must be 18 years of age or older to book a room. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) ready at time of check-in. 


Guarantee Policy:

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. We verify the card to authorize funds upon arrival and process the charge when you checkout. If you’re not going to bring your company credit card with you, reach out to the hotel and they’ll send you a Credit Card Authorization Form.



When you check in, we'll place a hold on your credit card for damage deposit and incidentals. Valid photo identification and credit card in the registered guests name will need to be presented at the time of check in.

At check-out the hotel will release the hold on your card; however, it may take 3-5 business days to return to your card, possibly even longer, it’s dependent on your credit card company. 

If you plan on paying cash or debit for your room, we have a separate guarantee policy. The hotel will request prepayment for each night’s stay at check-in plus a returnable damage deposit of $250 providing there is no damage or evidence of smoking as a result of the room inspection at the guest’s check-out. Forms of payment that are affected by this policy: cash, Debit or Visa Debit. At check-out once the room is deemed to be found in good order after a physical room inspection, the Front Desk is authorized to return the $250 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know by 4:00 pm 24-hours before the check-in date if you need to cancel — if we don’t hear from you, we’ll need to charge one night's room and fees & taxes to your credit card.

If you paid in full in advance (a non-refundable rate), we’re unable to refund your stay if your plans change. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refer to terms of individual rate or package plans, as some may have different cancellation policies and/or are non-refundable.


Group Cancellation Policy:

A separate cancellation policy applies for all group reservations. Please contact the hotel with any questions.


Non Refundable Cancellation Policy:

Any reservation booked under “Non-Refundable, Advanced Purchase or Pre-Paid” requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.


Pet Policy:

Smoking Policy:

Smoking inside a non-smoking room or inside the hotel will result in a $250 cleaning fee to your credit card, plus applicable taxes.
