Reservation Policies

Hotel Check-In: 4:00 pm

Hotel Check-Out: 11:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out requests subject to availbility. Additional fees will apply.

If you arrive before check-in time (4:00 pm), we can hold your bags while you relax in the public area of the hotel or explore the local area until your room is available.

 

Reservations:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older to book a room.

For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Name on the governement-issued photo ID must match name used for reservation. 

Please also have your confirmation number and a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) ready at time of check-in. 

 

Guarantee Policy:

Reservations must be guaranteed by providing a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) at the time of booking. Name on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation must match name used for reservation. *Cash, Debit, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit cannot be used at our hotels for guaranteeing a reservation, damage deposits or incidental charges*

 

Deposits and Payment:

At time of check-in we will place a hold (pre-authorization) of $250 plus the total cost of the reservation (including fees & taxes) on your credit card for the damage deposit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards at our hotels. *Cash, Debit, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit cannot be used at our hotels for guaranteeing a reservation, damage deposits or incidental charges*

A separate deposit and payment policy applies for all group reservations. Please contact the hotel with any questions.

 

Checking-In:

Hotel Check-In is at 4:00 pm 

When you check-in, we will ask for a valid government photo ID. The photo ID must match the name on the credit card provided for the reservation.

We will also place a hold (pre-authorization) of $250 plus the total cost of the reservation (including fees & taxes) on your credit card for the damage deposit. *Cash, Debit, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit cannot be used for damage deposits or incidental charges.*

Stayover service is provided every third (3rd) day unless requested sooner. If you are leaving the hotel and want your room cleaned, please contact the Front Desk. Housekeeping service is available during the morning only; please check with the Front Desk for more information. No housekeeping service will enter your guest room while it is occupied. 

 
 

Checking-Out:

Hotel Check-Out ends at 11:00 am

At check-out the hotel will release the hold (pre-authorization) on your credit card and process final room charges.  Once we release the hold (pre-authorization) it may take 3-5 business days to return to your card, possibly even longer, it’s dependent on your credit card company. 

If you plan on paying with cash or debit for your final room charges at time of check-out, please let the front desk staff know. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please call the hotel and cancel the reservation with the hotel's front desk staff.  Call the hotel before 4:00 pm 24-hours before the check-in date if you need to cancel — if we don’t hear from you, we will charge one night's room and fees & taxes to your credit card.

If you paid in full in advance (a non-refundable rate), we’re unable to refund your stay if your plans change. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refer to terms of individual rate or package plans, as some may have different cancellation policies and/or are non-refundable.

 

Group Cancellation Policy:

A separate cancellation policy applies for all group reservations. Please contact the hotel with any questions.

 

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:

Any reservation booked under “Non-Refundable, Advanced Purchase or Pre-Paid” requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.

We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available at the hotels. *To guarantee that we can accept your furry friend at check-in, you must phone the hotel to reserve and secure a dog-friendly room prior to arrival.*

Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room.

An unregistered animal found staying in an undesignated room will result in an additional cleaning fee will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card, plus applicable taxes.

 

Smoking Policy:

Smoking inside a non-smoking room or inside the hotel will result in an additional cleaning fee that will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card, plus applicable taxes.
