If there is one thing all of us at the Heritage Inn Hotels love, it’s a visit with Santa Claus! We want to make sure that even if you’re not home for the holidays, your little ones have the chance to see and get their picture taken with the man in the red suit.

• Pincher Creek, AB

On December 2nd, Heritage Acres will be hosting Breakfast with Santa. The event will be held from 9:00am-12:00pm, and will include tons of fun events like crafts, games, a hayride, a bouncy castle, door prizes, a silent auction, and hot chocolate. Most importantly, pictures with Santa will be available. Don’t forget to dress warmly as some of the activities will take place outside.

 

• High River, AB

On November 25th from 11:00am-2:00pm, the Redline Real Estate office will be hosting Santa at their Emerson Lane Mall location (103 3rd Ave SW). There will be a Do it Yourself Hot Chocolate Bar, Mix, Mingle & Munchies, and free pictures with Santa by a professional photographer on a cool festive backdrop. 

The annual Santa Parade will run through High River on December 1st from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Following the parade, Santa will be at the Museum of Highwood to take photos.

 

• Brooks, AB

The 15th annual Breakfast with Santa will be on November 19th from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Brooks. Tickets for this event must be purchased in advance from the Diabetes Association Brooks & District. 

The annual Brooks Santa Claus Parade will be held on November 16th. The parade will begin at 6:15pm at the old Martin Chrysler parking lot and will head south on 2nd Street W and end behind City Hall. Following the parade will be Midnight Madness, a great opportunity to get some early holiday shopping with the local shops open late. Santa Claus will be in the lobby of City Hall taking photos starting at 6:45pm. There will also be a fireworks display starting at approximately 7:15pm, sponsored by the City of Brooks (weather dependent). 

 

• Taber, AB

Taber’s Midnight Madness event on November 17th is sure to be a blast for everyone. There will be lots of free activities like bowling, gymnastics, skating, and more all in downtown Taber. Free pictures with Santa will also be available in the evening. Please check out the Taber Chamber Facebook page for more details.

The Family Cowboy Christmas Market will be held at the Taber Agri-Plex on December 9th from 1:00-4:00pm. Although the market is free to attend, families are asked to bring a donation for the Food Bank. Santa will be in attendance to take photos. 

 

• Saskatoon, SK

On November 19th at 1:00pm, the 27th annual Saskatoon Santa Claus Parade will be rolling through the Central Business District. The Santa Claus Parade will be benefitting Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan. Watch all the festive floats and participants, and most importantly Santa Claus, while getting into the holiday spirit.

 

• Moose Jaw, SK

On Sunday, November 19th from 4:00-6:00pm, Santa Claus will be at the Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Moose Jaw for Sundaes with Santa. This event is held annual by the Moose Jaw Heath Foundation. In addition to photos with Santa, enjoy a delicious sundae bar, participate in Christmas crafts, and enjoy entertainment from RuBard Jam. There is also an opportunity to check out the festive displays at the Festival of Trees event. Tickets are $8/each and can be purchased at the Heritage Inn or the Moose Jaw Health Foundation office. 

The Kinsmen Santa Claus Parade will run along Main Street on December 3rd from 6:00-7:00pm. 

 

• Cranbrook, B.C.

The 47th Annual Cranbrook Santa Claus Parade will take place downtown along Baker Street on Saturday, November 25th from 5:30-6:00pm. This years theme is Flannel and Frost.
