Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Closing Kitchen Supervisor:
- Works the closing shift, both cooking and supervising closing procedures.
- Is in charge of closing the kitchen at the end of the day, making sure to follow proper protocols and respond to the Executive Chef's requests.
- Ensures that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with Heritage Inn recipes and processes.
- Cleans and organizes the kitchen at all times. Follows all required checklists and cleaning schedules during and following their shift.
- Assures the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identifies equipment needs for food preparation and service.
- Ensures food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products.
