The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Cranbrook, British Columbia is hiring!
What You Will Do:
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by telephone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ concerns.
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong computer skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Has previous hospitality experience (preferred)
- Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
