This position will include:
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus items and their presentation; as well as, sides and choices associated with each item
- Ensure appropriate setup of function rooms per the function confirmation sheet. (i.e. Linens, glassware, flatware, meeting equipment and supplies, etc.) and clean up after function
- Service of food and beverage requirements during functions
- Clearing of cutlery, glassware, dishes etc. at appropriate intervals of food and beverage service
- Keep work area stocked, organized and clean at all times
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times, reporting any deficiencies as necessary
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Banquet / Catering Manager

- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have the ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints and report to supervisor as necessary
Knowledge and Training:
Must be familiar with all the hotel amenities and services
