The Heritage Inn Hotel is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor!
Description of Duties:
Hire, train and supervise all restaurant staff and provide effective ongoing training for all new and existing staff as determined in the evaluation process.
Conduct performance evaluations of department staff.
Respond to guest concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently.
Coordinate daily activities and schedules of all department staff.
Ensure all new employees are properly orientated.
Keep work area stocked, organized and clean at all times.
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times, reporting any deficiencies as necessary.
Position Requirements:
Shift and weekend work is required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must wear a uniform.
Some physical labor and heavy lifting is required.
Must be able to perform efficiently under pressure and within time restraints.
Must be honest and trustworthy.
Food and Beverage Server Certification required, as well as Reel Facts qualification.
Apply safe work practices where established.
