What You Will Do:
- Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
- Process and confirm room reservations
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
- Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
- Respond to guests' questions or concerns
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
- Has the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
- Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
- Has excellent customer service skills
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient written and oral communication skills (for in-person, email, and telephone communication)
- Great organizational skills
- Must have the ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints, and report to supervisor, as necessary
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
