Front Desk Agent

Location: Saskatoon, SK

 

The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is hiring!

What You Will Do:

  • Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
  • Process and confirm room reservations
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
  • Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
  • Respond to guests' questions or concerns
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
  • Has the ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
  • Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
  • Has excellent customer service skills

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient written and oral communication skills (for in-person, email, and telephone communication)
  • Great organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints, and report to supervisor, as necessary

Industry Experience:

Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
