What You Will Do:
- Prepare ingredients
- Follow recipes and assist with the cooking of meals from a pre-determined menu
- Maintain visually appealing food presentation
- Collaborate with our talented culinary team
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Participate in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
Who We Are Looking For:
- A professional with proven experience as a Line Cook
- Someone with passion for food and a keen eye for detail
- A cook with knowledge of various techniques and cuisines, especially Western foods, brunch specials, and meals from the grill
- Someone with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone with the ability to thrive under pressure
- 2 years experience preferred
