Package Restrictions & Cancellation Policy:
*Package rate is based on single/double occupancy, applicable fees and taxes are not included in the price. Package reservations must be made minimum 24-hours prior to arrival. Valid credit card required at time of booking to hold the reservation.
A $100 gift certificate will be issued for each night the package is booked (one $100 gift certificate per package booked). You will receive the gift certificate(s) upon check-in, which will confirm your eligibility for your discount as part of the package. You must provide the gift certificate to the experience provider at the start of your winter adventure. Without the gift certificate, the experience provider cannot verify your package booking, which may mean you will be required to pay the winter experience provider. There are no refunds for unused portions of the gift certificate.
Guests will be provided with a booking link after the reservation is confirmed. The link will provide details on how to pre-book the desired experience with one of the eligible winter experience providers. Guests are responsible for booking their experience directly with the experience provider, pre-booking is highly recommended due to reduced/limited capacity.
Transportation to and from the hotel to your experience is not included.
