Front Desk Agent

Location: Pincher Creek, AB

The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is hiring!

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Answer questions regarding hotel services.
  • Provide information about services available in the community.
  • Respond to guests' concerns and help resolve any issues.
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
  • Present statements of charges to departing guests.
  • Receive payments.
