Front Desk Agent (Part-time)

Location: Pincher Creek, AB

What You Will Do:

  • Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
  • Process and confirm room reservations
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
  • Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
  • Respond to guests' questions and/or concerns
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times

  • Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
  • Is able to work cooperatively with other
  • Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
  • Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proficient telephone skills
  • The ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints and report to supervisor as necessary

Knowledge and Training:

  • Knowledge of clerical and basic accounting procedures
  • Aware of POS systems and basic computer operations

Industry Experience:

  • Minimum one-year previous experience as a front desk attendant
